Ok, here in a nutshell is my situation. I am unsure as what to do in this case. My next door neighbor has 2 Bull Mastiff's. One is just as sweet as can be, the other's as mean as a...well Bull Mastiff. Anyway to give you an idea of how big this dog is, he looks exactly like Hagrid's dog Fang from Harry Potter. Anyway, in February of this year, I went outside to warm up my car. I was walking back to my front door when I heard this very low bark. I looked to my left, saw the owner with the huge mean dog on a leash, so I just turned my head back and started to go toward my door again. I then heard a loud "snap" (it was the leash breaking away from the owner) I looked back over and here comes this huge dog lunging at me. He put his paws on my shoulders and tried to get my throat. I got smart and quickly lifted my left arm to protect my neck/throat so the dog sunk his teeth into my left shoulder. The owner was yelling "Help, he's going to kill her"! The dog knocked me to my knees at this point, and luckily the owner got him before he got another chunk out of me. Ok, here is my question. I am so there with you. I stuck it out though, and will be finishing my BS in bio in December. You have to know a certain amount of chemistry and math for any science degree. In the great scheme of things, it will probably not matter that you made a low grade in a couple of math and chem courses. (By the way, organic chemistry does not have to anything with math, just a lot of memorization). If med school is your dream, you might not even have to have a bio undergraduate degree to do that, as long as you take pre-med cles. Talk to your counselor. Yesterday didn't look great but I wouldn't say it looked terrible. The Bears offense put up tons of yards on the Lions but killed several opportunities to score, they really should have blown out the Lions at the rate that they were moving the ball along the field. Sure, we nearly lost to the Lions but we didn't because the refs saved us. I'm concerned about the offensive line and our run game, it was seriously embaring that we couldn't score in four tries from the half yard line. What are some ideas for a social with one of the fraternities on campus?

We always do something fun with the other house before the actual social begins. Some things done in the past have been, eating pizza, watching a movie, playing board games, going to laser tag, a game of sand volley ball, speed dating, etc. Basically it is something to do in order to get to know the guys better and it is an opportunity for the people that do not like to drink to have some fun. Does anyone have any good ideas of other things we could do? I feel like we do the same things all the time and would love some new, fresh, and creative ideas. Thanks!

Okay first things first. It is not bad for a 13 and 16 year old to be together. Just watch out though, you might have noticed this already, but some guys only want you for things. Some of the aggressive social evils like the sati or atrocity against widows, divorcees, etc have not been completely eradicated. Inspite of the social reforms and laws enacted for the welfare of women, there only appears to be a cold war against women. People in general find it difficult to accept single divorcees or widows as humans amongst them. They are stigmatised and considered as a bad omen to mingle. Even in the 21st century single divorcees or widows are not allowed to shop in Malls where customers arranging marriages, etc. shop in excess. This has been my one among several personal experiences in our indian society as a single divorcee.

I split up with my girlfriend 2 months ago. We have a 1 year old and she won't let me see her?

I have been seeing her every weekend by travelling 4 hours by car on Saturday, picking her up and taking her to a B&B in Devon where she lives and staying with her until Monday. Her mum has no contact with her in that time. This weekend that just ped, I decided to bring her back to London with me on the Saturday as she has SO MUCH extended family here who have not seen her for a while. She had SUCH a great weekend with her Granddad, Grandmother, Uncles, Aunties, cousins and friends and their kids. I didn't tell my ex that I was bringing her here because she would get nasty with me and try to stop me seeing her as she doesn't want her coming here. The reasons she gives have no basis in reality. She says that she will be too far away from the little one - our daughter is fine with me and I do everything for her better than most women can! Anyway, my ex was away this weekend so she wasn't near her regardless! She also says that it's too far for a 1 year old to travel in a car in the rear by herself - I stopped twice on the way back and fed her and changed her and she was absolutely fine. She slept much of the way anyway, and slept ALL of the way TO London. I have even suggested bringing someone with me everytime I want to bring her back so that they can sit in the back with her but she simply does not want her to come here. My suspicions are that her reasons are more about being nasty, mean and controlling. She is not thinking of what is best for our daughter as that is clearly for her to have contact with her family. Will a court forbid me from bringing her here to London to her family? I umed that what I do with her on my time is my business as long as I take good care of her??! Why do schools keep buying new textbooks, when they could very well make one edition and use that forever?

What I mean is, Algebra and Biology are not cl subjects that are going to change. Why can't' they just make one set of textbooks, and then use that for the next 30-40 years? Why do textbook companies keep printing out new textbooks and selling them for a hundred of dollars for EACH individual textbook, and make schools buy them every 4-5 years? We should just buy ONE textbook edition for subjects like Math and Science and Art, and Language and even History. Use that one textbook for the next 50 years and make a huge first run print and use those sets of books for years even decades , or better yet, make the textbooks of such a quality that the pages are as thick so that they can have a life expectancy of 10 years or so.

I lift weights every day, i use a 200lb set. I do repetitions until i hit about 60 total, what i do is sit down, bring the weights to my chest and above my head, then back down which counts as 1. Afterwards I feel my muscle and i notice they are already bigger! Is this natural?

ALEX has pretty much got. Generally large ships have steel hulls and occasionally they have an aluminum superstructure, generally high end yachts or some warships. As you approach 200ft in length FRP becomes impractical. Wood is comparable to aluminum for hulls, cold molded technique is used. But I haven't seen a ship over 180ft made of wood in some time but I am sure there are several out there.

Without a doubt, Durant played better than Kobe did last season. Plus, Durant doesn't have all of the support that Kobe has on his team. Westbrook is a pretty good player, but he is the only other player on the team besides Durant that has a decent amount of skill. Whereas Kobe has a whole cast of players to help support him and most of them have been playing together for a long time. In fact, many of them have been playing together for longer than many of the Thunders' players have been in the league and Durant still had a better season. So, in the end, Durant may not have as many championships as Kobe, but if he keeps on playing how he did last season, I would consider him better than Kobe when it's all said and done.

Why are some dog owners idiots?

Well small dogs ARE exceptions to a lot of rules. Like they can go with you on an airplane in your lap, they are never blamed for attacks (when they attack more often but aren't able to seriously injure most of the time), they are allowed in some stores in strollers... the list goes on and on. So people maybe just take the liberty to add their own exception. It's a danger to the dog to have it unleashed... but they're so "cute" and "innocent" so it's okay right? I personally DO have something against small dogs. I find them to be more aggressive, but I don't blame them, I blame the owners that get an "accessory" not a pet. I've met plenty of beautifully trained small dogs, but way more totally untrained monsters of small dogs. The dog park has 2 sections, and I've only ever been on the big dog side. I don't know how many horrible fights I've heard over there while the big dogs are at peace most of the time. I guess you're not forced to be so careful, since your dog really can hardly harm anything. I don't get it. Sorry I made this so long, I just have pretty strong opinions about small dogs. I've never been growled at by a large dog, but every other chihuahua I try to pet growls at me.

Brother is home after bad accident and went off on my daughter?

And last week he was on his way home from work and a drunk driver plowed into him and he was in ICU for 5 days and they had to do multiple surgery's on him. Hi i had a total hysterectomy 23 weeks ago and from day 1 iv had an protruting stomach?

thats very hard to the touch. when i sit or lay down its a typical jelly belly but only when i stand does it get very hard. im in no pain at all and my bowels and pee are normal.however iv gone back to my GP because people keep saying that doesnt look right you look 6month pregnant as iv done since i had it done. We starting co-sleeping with our son at birth. I never thought it would last as long as it has but I don't regret it at all. Since November he has slept more in his own bed, or at least we have taken him to his bed after he falls asleep in our bed. We have tried to put him in his own bed to fall asleep, but one if us usually ends up 'sleeping' in there with him until he falls asleep. Need extreme help with acne!?

so im 16 now and ive had acne since i was in 7th grade and lately ive been getting it really badly. I havnt had it this bad since maybe 7th grade. Currently im using cetaphil face wash, I scrub my face with body wash in the shower with body wash, i use more acne crap by clean and clear in the shower and i use this lotion crap in the shower also which is supposed to get rid of it. My face is getting severely dried out now...its gross and if i pop the zits, they turn into scabs from me scrubbing them in the shower and still fill up again :( its becoming a major pain in the ***. my friend suggested getting accutane but he said it has some pretty bad side affects. Any advice on how to get rid of this or keep it under control? I get it on my back and shoulders sometimes but not as bad. im starting to think that my face builds up an immunity to the soap because it stops working after awhile. I shower twice a day also and i wash my face often.

The church I went to as a child was constantly making us do things that made me feel silly or embared. For instance, the very first time I went to that church, they asked if anyone was new and after the family I went there with made me raise my hand, the pastor made me stand up in front of a congregation of over 1,000 people and introduce my 8-year-old self. Then, when it came time to go to church camp, they made me become a member of the church before they would let me go to camp, even though I was going to pay to go just like everyone else. I have only been married five months and I'm already miserable. The throttle position sensor is difficult to install because of it's location, and has to be adjusted with a voltmeter. It's possible your is just out of adjustment. If you intend on working on it at all, I would invest in a manual from eBay or something.

How to help 4 month old sleep better at night?

Hello all! I'm a very happy first time mom to a beautiful baby girl. My LO goes to sleep at 8pm she usually drinks 4oz before bed (Brest fed only). Within an hour and a half she's up crying and we rock her back to sleep. She wakes again at 12,4,6 and up for the day at 8. Each time she wakes I give her about 2 oz. We were co-sleeping but she used my nipple like a pacifier, which BTW she won't take a real one, I have her in her crib and tried the no cry sleep solution by Dana Obleman but I can't do the cry it out she would cry for an hour and a half before falling asleep. Too sad for me. Any suggestions to help her sleep better? Thank you!!

I have a 2006 Scion xA with a custom cold air intake and a High Flow catalytic converter with a custom downpipe and a 4 inch diameter muffler.
