Help! I need help housebreaking my male Yorkie. Tried everything, never had a problem before. Tried crate, not

I have tried everything to housebreak my 10 mth male Yorkie.I have had him since he was 11 weeks old. I tried the crate but he just goes in there.He will go outside but goes in the house also. Doesn't hold it, just goes when he gets the urge. He knows he is doing wrong because when I catch him he runs and hides, even if I don't say anything. I have a Jack Russell and Boxer and never had a problem potty training them. I also had a female Yorkie before this one and she was housebroke in 2 weeks. My carpets are taking a beating someone please help!!!
