If your younger sibling embarres you should you be given a free p to hit them?

I mean seriously! My 9 year old sister gets on my last nerves! She's always telling my friends embaring stuff about me. This morning she actually told my boyfriend that I said I'd leave him for Aaron Rodgers, who is an NFL quarterback, if I had the chance because he was hotter and had way more money! It's true that I told my best friend that but I was just playing around and he wasn't meant to hear it! I started to put her out and make her walk to school but I'm still thinking of hitting her since I'm still mad about it! But anyway when something like that happens shouldn't I be able to do something like that? It's not fair that she's always pulling stuff like this!
