Can I Buy Four Loko in the Ottawa/Gatineau Area?

I've been looking around for Four Loko, and can not find it. Is there a store in Ottawa or Gatineau/Hull that sells it? I'm Sure you can get it in Montreal, but I cant find anywhere near me.
