How do you like the DMK election manifesto?

He did not do anything for water problem during his tenure.Now he says will solve the problem.He was mum in this regard so far. Mixers and grinders are like bribes.Election Commission should ban this manifesto.First ask his family members to stop financing in film Industry.Will he do it?Now madame will be forced to follow him.He is developing this practice which is very very wrong.
