Who should I start at the flex position?

Currently I have julius jones starting, my other options are Jerious Norwood where I think the Giants will stop the run game, Amani Toomer who i'm split between him and jones, Brandon Jackson back off injuries and sharing time or Ron Dayne who I think will get shut down by the Jacksonville def. In my league you get a point for every 10 yards gained 6 for a touchdown.
