Questions about registered nurses?

From most ads i see in the newspapers,it seems most hospitals want RNs with experiences like ICU,emergency etc. With this thing i see, will i get a job as a fresh RN graduate when i finish college,if i have no formal experience except our daily clinicals? 2.Is it A MUST to specialize in a field of nursing before i get a job after graduating my RN course? 3.How is the shift differencial calculated,eg working at night shifts(someone told me 20% of your regular wages),is that true. From experience how much can someone working at night earn more than someone working in the morning. 4.From the BLS website,i read RNs earn about 70,000 yearly,is that minus taxation or a figure after taxation? 5.Is it possible to get an overtime in a hospital,eg 12hr shift if u want? 6.Is it true RNs or nurses are most often slightly taxed higher than regular workers because of the idea they earn higher? 7.What is the daily routine for an RN graduate in a hospital, what do they normally do esp if u havent specialized in a field of practice?
