Daily computer cleaning?

I am trying to fraternity proof the new house computer and besides putting anti-virus and anti-spyware software on it I was wondering if there was a way to allow the computer to wipe itself every night of all files and any new programs unless I put them on with my administrator account. I know the computers at the university all do this so I figure it should be possible.
