Will Gov. Rick "Nero"* Perry really run for the Republican Presidential Nomination?

* the man who ordered state agencies and state parks not to prepare or take precautions against the inevitable fires during this extreme drought to save the state enough money to give another set of tax breaks to big companies. The man who refused FEMA aid to pre-stage fire equipment and firefighters because the state would have to foot a small part of the bill. The man who then attacked President Obama for not saving his state from the fires.
