Will Devin Hester get into the Hall of Fame?

I say No. He might be the greatest Punt kickoff Returner in the game. As a WR he is just ok and as a WR is where he needs to be spectacular in order to make it into the HOF. For all the TD's he produces as a returner in his career a really great WR would do that in one season.
