When you were in your early stages of pregnancy did you have this ?

I have been experiencing these things since 6 dpo like : little twinges around both of my ovaries,minor lower abdominal pain here and there (it happen last night also Im 13 dpo the pain started at 6 dpo),my upper and middle part of my back has been hurting,my sides ache at times and fatigue but only during the day and Im always super thirsty ! Has anyone else had these to happen before they found out they were pregnant ?
