My Fiance' is a Nurse in Ukraine. How can I get her a work Visa to obtain a nursing job here in the USA?

My Fiance', whom I met while on deployment to Ukraine with the Marine Corps (not via a mail bride service), is a Nurse in Ukraine. How can I get her an work Visa to obtain a nursing job here in the USA? I know there is a shortage of nurses here in the USA, and we both want her to be here. How do we do it, and who do we need to contact...I live in Atlanta, Georgia. Thanks
