Is it to much to bring a 21" x 12" x 10" duffel bag on a two day night, three day stay?

Unless you've got a reason for needing it, leave the pillow at home. Other than that, your packing list doesn't sound extravagant at all. I might have only packed one pair of jeans since you've got the sweats but they don't take up much space. Also, since you've already got a warm jacket, I'd leave the puffy vest at home as it will take up some room.
