Is the Chevy Cavalier a good dependable car that can withstand many miles? Particularly later models 2005,etc.?

I would like to know anything about the car that would be helpful to someone thinking about buying one. How many miles will this car do before it finally stops running? Any suggetions or improvements for this car? Will the car hold up to "hard" driving such as maybe 100 or more miles a day? Thanks in advance
