Can't sleep!! What can I do?
Ok so winter break is here and I have been staying up watching movies, going out, and chilling and not having to look at the time. I have been going to sleep around 5am and getting up around 3pm.... How can I get back into a better sleep regimen? I've tried going to bed early and can't fall asleep, and I've tried staying up all night but I start getting exhausted around 5 to 6am. What can I do? Also I have a hard time falling asleep in general, I get tired and I decide to go to bed but when I get to my bed, all of a sudden I feel wide awake. I love to sleep please help!
